铜管生产线中的每道工序如熔铸、联拉、盘拉、在线退火、成型、探伤、精整等是一个连续的生产过程,前一道工序的产品是下道工序的原料,但是各个工序之间又是相互独立的,即各个工序可以独立运行。这是一种产品的连续生产和分散加工的生产方式。铜管生产线这种特性使对铜管生产过程中的原料参数、工艺参数、设备状态、产品系数等生产数据的统计带来了不便。目前这些数据的统计都是采用人工方式,致使作业强度大,效率低,时效性差,生产数据更不能及时地分享。
