<正> 卟啉类化合物具有对癌细胞组织的优先积聚作用和受激后能产生荧光,并能释出单重态氧而对癌细胞起光氧化作用,因此,血卟啉及其衍生物已用于临床,治疗皮肤癌、支气管癌等人体浅部组织癌症。而对人体深部组织的癌肿治疗尚欠良法,因为,若采用强激光激发,显然会烧伤人体组织;若采用激光与光导纤维相联的内窥镜技术,要反复使用,患者需承受难以言喻的痛苦;采用x射线激发,经实验证明,发现血卟啉受x射线激发所产生的荧光较弱。为此,我们试图合成荧光强度强,同时对x射线又有较大吸收的金属卟啉配合物,以用于治疗人体组织
