竞争性选拔干部,是以更宽的视野、更高的境界、更大的气魄广开进贤之路,更好地把优秀人才及时发现出来、合理使用起来。今年7月下旬至9月上旬,金华市开展了一次竞争性选拔干部工作。458人竞争25个副县(处)级岗位,100名80后年轻干部选派赴乡镇(街道)任(挂)职。相比以往,这次竞争性选拔类别更广、层次更加丰富,在社会上产生了积极反响。
The competitive selection of cadres is based on a broader vision, a higher realm and a broader spirit. It has also made it possible for the best talents to find out and reasonably use them in a timely manner. From late July to early September this year, Jinhua City carried out a competitive selection of cadres. 458 people compete for 25 deputy county (department) level positions, and 100 young cadres are selected to go to the township (street) to hold (hang) positions. Compared to the past, this competitive selection has a wider category and a richer level of hierarchy and has had a positive response in the community.
