本文选取装备研制领域为研究对象,从组织行为学的角度出发,采用问卷调查方法对装备研制网络内生变量进行研究,通过构建装备研制网络的组织绩效测量模型,发现在研制网络中网络组织绩效是由领导层组织行为影响网络成员层组织行为产生的,组织成员决策一致性和组织间沟通作为中介变量效果显著。
