针对压电换能器发电路面存在的技术缺陷,优选适用于道路发电的压电元件并进行结构改进处理,设计出4种保护措施方案,提出了综合性能评价指标并确定最优保护结构,测试评价了典型面层结构组合小尺寸试件电学输出效果,开发制作出能量采集实体电路并探究了其实际应用工作状态。结果表明:直径35mm、厚度0.4mm圆形压电陶瓷片可满足发电路面各项技术要求,结构改进处理方案可有效延长压电元件使用寿命;D型刚性铜片与橡胶垫组合保护结构为最佳保护措施类型;薄层罩面复合AC-13型发电路面电学输出效果最优,可稳定连续输出峰值电压14V、有效输出功率0.44mW的交流电信号;标准能量采集改进电路可高效完成对道路压电微能量的转换和采集功能。
Aiming at the technical defects of the piezoelectric transducer’s power generation pavement surface, the piezoelectric elements suitable for road power generation are optimized and the structure is improved.
