Combined chemotherapy can improve the efficacy of small cell and non-small cell lung cancer, but the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs, bone marrow suppression, often cause difficulties in continuing chemotherapy. According to reports, human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG CSF) has the same amino acid sequence and sugar chain component as human G CSF, stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of granulocyte-derived hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow, and shortens the recovery of chemotherapy-induced leukocyte decline.
