2001年5月至2004年5月经手术和病理证实眶内横纹肌肉瘤3例,其中胚胎型2例,腺泡型1例,均为男性,分别为5、12、14岁,病程最短14d,最长60d,临床表现为眼球向前或向下方突出,无痛性进展较快.采用GE-AI型全身螺旋CT检查,轴位平扫后增强扫描,1例加冠状位扫描,造影剂用优维显100ml经高压注射器肘前静脉注射,速率3ml/s,动脉、静脉双期扫描,层厚3ms,层距3ms.结果示肿瘤均位于球后,内上象限2例,贴近下眶壁1例,病灶形态不规则,密度欠均匀,未见钙化.2例边缘清晰,肿瘤近骨壁处无骨质破
