目的:研究鸡形觉剥夺眼视网膜光镜下形态学变化。方法:测定24只鸡雏于不同遮盖及去遮盖时期双眼视网膜光镜下的形态学变化。结果:形觉剥夺造成实验眼视网膜普遍变薄,以内核层、内丛状层最为明显( P< 0. 05),感光细胞层厚度无明显变化。去除遮盖,实验眼视网膜总厚度及内核层。内丛状层均恢复到与对照眼无明显差异。结论:伴随形觉剥夺性近视的形成,剥夺眼视网膜内层出现光镜下形态学变化。
Objective: To study the morphological changes of retinal debridement under the condition of chicken form deprivation. Methods: The morphological changes of 24 chickens during retina under different coverage and de-masking were examined. Results: The morphological deprivation caused the retina to thinner generally, with the innermost and inner plexiform layers being the most obvious (P <0.05). There was no significant change in the thickness of photoreceptor cell layer. Remove cover, experimental retina total thickness and the inner core layer. Within the plexiform layer were restored to the control eye no significant difference. Conclusion: With the formation of form deprivation myopia, deprivation of retinal inner retinal morphology under light microscopic changes.
