2009年,随着《中华人民共和国食品安全法》、《中华人民共和国食品安全实施条例》的颁布实施,国家对食品安全监管的重心由注重食品干净卫生,逐渐深入到食品生产经营的内部,由事后监督处罚转向事前风险控制。餐饮服务业作为食品安全中最为重要的一环,监管更加严格。
