目的 :对心脏磁共振梯度回波电影序列(Spoiled gradient echo,GRE)评估恒河猴心功能的有效性与重复性进行评价,为开展恒河猴疾病动物模型磁共振研究提供准确、最优的心功能评估策略。方法:正常恒河猴8只,均行超声心动图检查、心脏磁共振GRE电影序列扫描。采用心功能分析软件(cvi~(42))对GRE电影图像进行分析获取左室舒张末容积(EDV)、左室收缩末容积(ESV)、每搏量(SV)、射血分数(EF)、心输出量(CO)、舒张期左室质量(Myo Mass(Diast))以及收缩期左室质量(Myo Mass(Syst))等心功能相关参数值。进行磁共振扫描的复测实验,采用组内相关系数及Bland-Altman分析评价GRE各心功能参数的重复性,以超声心功能结果为相对的标准效度评价GRE各心功能参数的有效性,并对超声和GRE结果进行比较。结果:GRE重复性评价结果显示,各心功能参数的组内相关系数(ICC)值均在0.75~0.97之间,且显著性均小于0.01,重复性评价结果较好,Bland-Altman分析显示复测实验中各指标测量的一致性较高;有效性评价结果显示,除CO外,其余心功能参数的Pearson相关系数(r)值在0.80~0.92之间,具有统计学意义;同时发现GRE获取的EF、CO以及Myo Mass(Diast)要小于超声的测定值,差异具有统计学意义。结论:心脏磁共振GRE电影序列评价正常恒河猴心功能的结果具有较好的有效性与重复性,能有效、稳定地对恒河猴的心功能予以评价。
Objective: To evaluate the validity and repeatability of cardiac function of rhesus monkeys assessed by Spin gradient echocardiography (GRE), and to provide an accurate and optimal method for studying the magnetic resonance imaging of animal models of rhesus macaques Heart function assessment strategy. Methods: Eight normal rhesus monkeys were examined by echocardiography and magnetic resonance (MR) GRE sequence scan. The left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV), ejection fraction (EF) , Cardiac output (CO), left ventricular mass (Myo Mass (Diast)) and systolic left ventricular mass (Myo Mass (Syst) The MRI test was used to evaluate the repeatability of GRE cardiac function parameters by using intraclass correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman analysis. The validity of each cardiac function parameter of GRE was evaluated by the relative standard validity of echocardiographic results, The results of ultrasound and GRE were compared. Results: The results of GRE repeatability evaluation showed that the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of each cardiac function parameter was between 0.75 and 0.97, and the significance was less than 0.01, and the repeatability evaluation results were good. The Bland-Altman analysis showed that the complex The validity of the test results showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) values of other cardiac function parameters except for CO were between 0.80 and 0.92, which were statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Cardiac magnetic resonance (MR) GRE film sequence evaluation of cardiac function of normal rhesus monkey has good effectiveness and repeatability, and can effectively and stably evaluate the cardiac function of rhesus monkeys.
