利用AMM I(主效可加互作乘积)模型及双标图、Di(品种稳定性参数)以及相应表现型值与Di值的聚类分析,对2005~2006年14个甘蔗品种云南5个试点的2年新植1年宿根甘蔗品种区域化试验蔗茎产量和蔗糖分进行基因环境互作研究分析。结果表明:①产量与环境的互作效应显著,稳定性好的品种有云瑞99-113、德蔗93-94等;甘蔗糖分与环境互作效应较小,稳定性好的品种有云瑞99-113、云蔗98-236等。②根据AMM I双标图,提出了参试品种在参试点的适应性。③根据平均产量和糖分及其Di值聚类分析,参试品种可分为5类。基于AMM I的互作稳定性分析和聚类分析为蔗区甘蔗新品种的推广应用提供了依据。
Based on the cluster analysis of AMM I model and double plot, Di (variety stability parameters) and corresponding phenotypic values and Di values, the genetic diversity of 14 sugarcane varieties in Yunnan from 2005 to 2006 Pilot plantation 2 years new planting 1 year sugarcane regionalization of peanut cane yield and sucrose analysis of genetic and environmental interaction. The results showed that: (1) the interaction between yield and environment was significant, and the varieties with good stability were Yunrui 99-113, Takane 93-94, etc .; the interaction effect between sugar cane and environment was small and the varieties with good stability had Yunrui 99-113, Yunxian 98-236 and so on. ② According to AMM I double plot, put forward the adaptability of the test varieties in the pilot point. ③ According to the average yield and sugar content and its Di value cluster analysis, the test varieties can be divided into five categories. The interaction stability analysis and cluster analysis based on AMM I provided the basis for the popularization and application of sugarcane new varieties in sugarcane area.
