以适应某型航空发动机功能要求设计的附件机匣为研究对象,将国内外先进设计理念融入结构设计和强度分析中。采用高可靠性结构设计方法进行齿轮、轴承等重要传动部件设计;分析了齿轮疲劳强度,考虑了壳体、轴的实际刚度对齿轮疲劳强度的影响,使分析结果更接近真实情况。该附件机匣随发动机累计试车超过300 h仍工作状态良好,表明其结构设计合理,能够满足发动机附件传动功能要求。
In order to adapt to a certain type of aeroengine functional requirements of the design of the accessory casing as the research object, the advanced design concepts at home and abroad into the structural design and strength analysis. The design of important transmission components such as gears and bearings is carried out by using high-reliability structural design method. The fatigue strength of gear is analyzed. The influence of the actual stiffness of shell and shaft on the fatigue strength of gear is considered. The analysis results are closer to the real situation. The accessory casing with the engine total test more than 300 h is still working in good condition, indicating that its structural design is reasonable and able to meet the requirements of the engine attachment drive.
