湖北检验检疫局是一个有着80多年历史的老局,在业务改革和绩效管理方面有很多好的经验,但也存在一些传统的思维定势与习惯。如何取长补短、推行新的绩效管理体系,打造适应地方经济发展的服务型机关?我认为要以落实“三位一体”综合行政管理体系为契机,努力做好绩效管理“一号工程”。
Hubei Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is an old bureau with more than 80 years of history. It has a lot of good experiences in business reform and performance management, but there are also some traditional thinking and habits. How to learn from one another’s strengths and promote a new performance management system to create a service-oriented organization that adapts to local economic development? I think we should strive to achieve performance management “Project No. 1” with the realization of the “Trinity” comprehensive administrative management system as an opportunity.
