本文实测了内蒙古河套地区群众杨、新疆杨及内蒙古呼和浩特郊区小叶杨木材pH值,缓冲容量及脲醛树脂固化时间,从理论上分析三种杨木的酸碱性质对胶合性能的影响。结果表明,三种杨木木材均呈弱酸性,pH值为530~633,酸性接近。三种杨木木材总缓冲容量范围为0282~0296mmol,其中酸缓冲容量为0007~0046mmol,碱缓冲容量为0250~0275mmol。脲醛树脂胶的固化时间随三种杨木的pH值和缓冲容量的增加而增长。
In this paper, we measured the pH value, buffer capacity and curing time of poplar poplar, poplar and poplar in Populus tomentosa in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, and theoretically analyzed the influence of acid-base properties of poplar on the gluing performance. The results showed that the three kinds of poplar wood were weakly acidic, pH value of 5 30 ~ 6 33, acidic close. The total buffer capacity of three kinds of poplar wood was 0282 ~ 0296 mmol, with acid buffer capacity of 007 ~ 0046 mmol and alkali buffer capacity of 0250 ~ 0275 mmol. Urea-formaldehyde resin curing time with the three kinds of poplar pH and buffer capacity increases.
