目的:观察75g/L氯化钠羟乙基淀粉液(HSH)对失血性休克家兔复苏时胃粘膜损伤的保护作用.方法:家兔24只,采用失血性休克模型、随机分为4组,每组6只:A组为正常对照组;B组为HSH复苏组;C组为75g/L氯化钠(HS)复苏组;D组为生理盐水(NS)复苏组.检测胃粘膜组织中ATP,SOD,MDA含量、能荷(EC)水平及核苷酸物质代谢.测定胃粘膜损害面积密度(ADGML).结果:复苏90min后,HSH复苏组胃粘膜组织ATP,SOD,EC水平显著高于HS复苏组和NS复苏组,MDA含量及ADGML则显著低于HS复苏组和NS复苏组.HSH复苏组胃粘膜组织核苷酸物质代谢与正常对照组无差别,优于HS复苏组和NS复苏组.结论:HSH可减轻失血性休克兔复苏时胃粘膜损伤.
Objective: To observe the protective effect of 75g / L sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch solution (HSH) on gastric mucosal lesion in hemorrhagic shock resuscitation rabbits. Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 6 each): A group as normal control group, B group as HSH resuscitation group, C group as 75g / L sodium chloride (HS) Resuscitation group; group D was saline (NS) resuscitation group. The levels of ATP, SOD, MDA, energy charge (EC) and nucleotide metabolism in gastric mucosa were detected. Gastric mucosal lesion area density (ADGML) was determined. Results: After 90min resuscitation, the levels of ATP, SOD and EC in gastric mucosa of HSH resuscitation group were significantly higher than those in HS resuscitation group and NS resuscitation group. The contents of MDA and ADGML in resuscitation group were significantly lower than those in HS resuscitation group and NS resuscitation group. HSH resuscitation group gastric mucosal nucleotide metabolism and the normal control group no difference, better than the HS resuscitation group and NS resuscitation group. Conclusion: HSH can relieve gastric mucosal injury during hemorrhagic shock in rabbits.
