研究了不同种类偶联剂对聚磷酸铵阻燃环氧树脂(EP/APP)体系拉伸强度、燃烧和发烟性能的影响规律。结果表明,钛酸酯和硅烷都能提高EP/APP体系的拉伸强度。从(EP/APP)体系阻燃性能的提高效果看,钛酸酯比硅烷更好,钛酸酯使EP/APP体系的氧指数从26.5提高到30.9,硅烷使EP/APP体系的氧指数从26.5提高到28.7。但硅烷对(EP/APP)体系的抑烟效果好,硅烷可使EP/APP体系的烟密度等级从76.84降到66.85,而钛酸酯使EP/APP体系发烟量加大,烟密度等级从76.84上升到86.41。研究结果表明,偶联剂在改善阻燃材料力学性能的同时,对体系的燃烧和发烟性能有重要影响。
The influence of different kinds of coupling agents on the tensile strength, combustion and smoking performance of ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant epoxy resin (EP / APP) system was studied. The results show that both titanate and silane can improve the tensile strength of EP / APP system. From the effect of improving the flame retardancy of (EP / APP) system, the titanate is better than silane, the titanate makes the oxygen index of EP / APP system increased from 26.5 to 30.9, and the silane makes the oxygen index of EP / APP system from 26.5 to 28.7. However, the silanol (EP / APP) system has a good smoke suppressing effect. Silane can reduce the smoke density of EP / APP system from 76.84 to 66.85, while titanate increases the smoke of EP / APP system. Rose from 76.84 to 86.41. The results show that the coupling agent has an important influence on the combustion and smoking performance of the system while improving the mechanical properties of the flame retardant material.
