以‘大速生’叶用莴苣为试材,采用LED光源配置白色、白+红、白+蓝、白+红+蓝4个光配方,研究了在白光基础上补充不同比例红/蓝光对叶用莴苣生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明:白+红(WR)处理下叶用莴苣的株高比对照显著增加9.5%,白+蓝(WB)处理下地上部鲜重较对照提高10%;白+蓝(WB)处理下净光合速率较对照提高21.7%;白+红(WR)或白+蓝(WB)处理均显著提高了羧化效率(CE)和RuBP羧化酶活性,提高了光化学效率,增强了PSII中心活性,从而提高了光合性能。而同时补充红光和蓝光(WRB)则不利于叶用莴苣干物质的积累和对光能的有效利用。因此,可将红光或蓝光作为单色光用于叶用莴苣的补光栽培,以提高光合性能,增加产量。

Therefore, red light or blue light can be used as monochromatic light for leaf light lettuce fill light cultivation in order to improve photosynthetic properties and increase yield.
