一、做附庸还是做竞争对手 跨国公司在中国建厂是看上中国的大市场,不是来培养竞争对手的。 在当今世界上,由于跨国公司是个客观存在的东西,要么做跨国公司的竞争对手,要么做跨国公司的附庸,而这两者之间最大的差别在于掌不掌握产品设计权。 跨国公司在掌握产品设计权的同时也部分掌握了零部件的定点权,于是法国车要由法国零部件厂来合资建厂,德国车要由德国的零部件厂来合资建厂;日本的摩托车要由日本的零部件厂来合资建厂,不仅主机厂做附庸,零部件厂也要跟着做附庸。
