在中小学的教师培训中,教师的远程培训就目前而言,是一种全新的培训模式,在这种远程的培训模式中,创建了一个理想的教师学习环境,还有优秀的培训导师以及较高品质的学习资源,为广大的受到远程训的教师们,创建了一个可以互相沟通、交流、讨论的平台。但是,目前的教师远程培训仍然存在一些问题,例如,教育观念过于传统、地域之间存在差异性、区域经济发展不平衡以及不健全的管理机制等。因此,要转变传统的教育模式以及教育观念,最大程度发挥远程培训的作用,使教师的培训机制更加法制化,逐步加强远程培训的研究分析,不断推动远程培训的迅速发展。

Therefore, it is necessary to change the traditional mode of education and education concept, to maximize the role of distance training, to make teachers’ training mechanism more legalized, to gradually strengthen the research and analysis of distance training and to promote the rapid development of distance training.
