“Project mode ” School-based training is evolved from “project teaching ”, “Project teaching” team constantly raises various training requirements in order to achieve better teaching results. The school discovered the opportunity of school-based training and created a “project model” school-based training course. After nearly two years of exploration, we have found that the “project model” and school-based training have a tremendous boost to the growth of teachers. 1. Promoting the formation of team awareness In schools, the regular work teams are grade groups, teaching and research groups, and lesson preparation groups. These teams are shaped according to administrative functions.
