Corn is a traditional Chinese medicine of corn material, which contains trace elements have an important role on the human body, modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that corn must have diuretic, gallbladder, blood pressure, hypoglycemic, anti-cancer, bleeding and other effects. In order to investigate the effects of different treatment methods on the amount of trace elements extracted from corn whiskers, the samples were treated by microwave digestion, boiling and vinegar.
