目的:研究高脂血症大鼠模型后血脂水平的持续时间。方法:用高营养乳剂喂养成年大鼠2周,观察大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)与胆固醇(TC)水平的变化。结果:造模第30天,模型组血清TG和TC水平明显高于空白组(P<0.01),造模后第10天模型组与空白组比较,TC有差异(P<0.05),TG值无差异。结论:高营养乳剂可诱发成年大鼠产生高脂血症,同时模型后可持续10天。
Objective: To study the duration of blood lipid levels in hyperlipidemic rat model. Methods: Adult rats were fed with high nutrition emulsion for 2 weeks to observe the changes of serum triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol (TC). Results: On the 30th day after model establishment, the levels of serum TG and TC in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group (P <0.01). TC was significantly lower in the model group than in the blank group on the 10th day after model establishment (P <0.05) No difference. CONCLUSION: High nutritional emulsions can induce hyperlipidemia in adult rats, while the model lasts for 10 days.
