Doctors take “rescuing death and rehabilitating the wounded” as their responsibility. Since the birth, they have been hailed as one of mankind’s most noble professions. In the age of knowledge economy, as a high-tech professional, doctors are even more professional representatives with lofty social status and rich income. According to surveys, doctors have become one of the most attractive occupations. However, in 2001, a survey conducted by the Beijing Physicians Association among 1988 doctors showed that the doctors’ evaluation of their profession was very different from people’s views: 72% of doctors thought their pay and rewards were not equal, and 57% of doctors
