分析了高秆籼稻Tadukan的突变系Tad-M-1半矮秆性状的遗传.结果表明:Tad-M-1半矮秆性状受1对隐性主效基因控制,该基因与矮脚南特sd-1基因和新桂矮sd-g基因非等位,而与云南矮秆粳稻雪禾矮早的矮秆基因以及四川半矮秆籼稻一支腊的半矮秆基因等位.本文还评价了Ted-M-1的育种利用价值.
The inheritance of the semi-dwarf trait of Tad-M-1 mutant line in high-stalk indica rice Tadukan was analyzed. The results showed that the semi-dwarf trait of Tad-M-1 was controlled by a pair of recessive major genes, which were not allelic to the sd-1 gene of dwarf Nantes and the sd-g gene of Xingui dwarf, Dwarfing genes of japonica rice and wheat and the semi-dwarf gene alleles of a semi-dwarf indica rice in Sichuan Province. The paper also evaluated the breeding value of Ted-M-1.
