本实验从成年小鼠和胎龄4-5月的人胎儿不同器官中分离总RNA。经斑点印迹分析显示,肝细胞生长因子(HGF)mRNA在成年KM小鼠多种器官中表达,其表达水平由高到低依次为:肺、肝、肾、卵巢、睾丸、大脑和胃;在脾、心、骨髓、小肠和骨骼肌组织中未检测到HGFmRNA。在胎龄4-5月的人胎儿中,HGFmKNA表达水平由高到低依次为:大脑、肝、腮腺、胃、小肠、肾、心和骨骼肌;肺和脾组织为阴性。由此可见,HGF在成年小鼠和人胎儿中的分布存在差异。鉴于成熟小鼠和成人组织中HGF的分布基本一致,上述分布差异很可能由于机体发育阶段不同所致。
In this study, total RNA was isolated from different organs of human fetus of adult mice and gestational age 4-5 months. The results of dot blot analysis showed that the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) mRNA in various organs of adult KM mice was highest in lung, liver, kidney, ovary, testis, brain and stomach, No HGF mRNA was detected in spleen, heart, bone marrow, small intestine and skeletal muscle. In human fetuses of gestational age from April to May, the expression levels of HGFmKNA in descending order were: brain, liver, parotid, stomach, small intestine, kidney, heart and skeletal muscle; lung and spleen tissues were negative. Thus, there is a difference in the distribution of HGF in adult mice and human fetuses. In view of the distribution of HGF in mature mice and adult tissues is basically the same, the above differences in distribution are likely to be due to different developmental stages of the body.
