对于高校的美术教师而言,其在受教育阶段所形成的基本素质对其今后的发展起到非常重要的作用,良好的受教育状态能使教师产生专业教育的信心和自我发展的动力,能够为其之后的教育事业确立比较专业的发展方向;相反,失败的初始经验往往会使教师走上比较曲折的职业道路,甚至导致其放弃从事教师职业。因此,美术教师的基本素质应该达到什么程度,这种基本素质又如何使今后的教育课程发展更加有力,值得我们进一步探讨。
For art teachers in colleges and universities, their basic qualities formed during their education period play a very important role in their future development. A good state of education enables teachers to have the confidence of professional education and motivation for self-development. For its subsequent education to establish a more professional direction of development; on the contrary, the initial experience of failure often will make teachers go more tortuous career path, and even led to their abandonment in the teaching profession. Therefore, the basic quality of art teachers should reach to what extent, this basic quality and how to make the future development of education curriculum more powerful, it is worth us to further explore.
