将动态矩阵控制与双信号对象相结合,可以得到双信号动态矩阵控制。双信号动态矩阵控制包括四个环节:预测模型,滚动优化,反馈校正和导前信号校正。但由于采样周期与导前区不匹配,当发生导前区扰动时过渡过程仍不理想。进一步在双信号动态矩阵控制的基础上引入比例调节器,形成比例—双信号动态矩阵控制。仿真结果表明,用该方法设计的蒸汽温度控制系统在跟踪设定值和克服扰动等方面都具有良好的控制品质。
By combining dynamic matrix control with dual signal objects, dual-signal dynamic matrix control can be obtained. Two-signal dynamic matrix control includes four links: prediction model, rolling optimization, feedback correction and lead signal correction. However, due to the mismatch of the sampling period and the lead zone, the transition process is still not ideal when the lead zone disturbance occurs. Based on the dual-signal dynamic matrix control, a proportional regulator is further introduced to form a proportional-dual-signal dynamic matrix control. The simulation results show that the steam temperature control system designed by this method has good control quality in terms of tracking the set value and overcoming the disturbance.
