人力资源管理外包是世界经济竞争加剧和组织管理创新需求的必然产物,正越来越多地受到各大、小企业的青睐。本文从人力资源外包的内涵界定着手,就人力资源管理外包的动因、人力资源外包的具体表现形式以及外包内容的发展趋势做了分析。
Outsourcing of human resources management is an inevitable outcome of intensified competition in the world economy and the demand for innovation in organizational management. It is increasingly being favored by large and small enterprises. This paper begins with the connotation of human resource outsourcing, and analyzes the motivation of human resource management outsourcing, the concrete manifestation of human resource outsourcing and the development trend of outsourcing content.
