前报报道了羊红膻有降低血压作用,降压作用与组织胺释放有关。为了进一步探讨羊红膻的降压机理及临床上用于克山病及冠心病的药理依据,我们进一步观察了羊红膻对心血管系统的作用,现报告如下。一、材料与制剂(见前报)二、实验方法与结果1.对离体豚鼠心脏的作用:按 Langencor-ff 法以不同浓度羊红膻——乐氏液灌注离体豚鼠心脏,保持恒温、恒压、连续通氧,描记心脏收缩曲线,测量冠脉流量。羊红膻浓度为9.09×10~(-7)克/毫升时冠脉每分钟流量增加8%,当浓度为9.09×10~(-5)克/毫升时冠脉流最由5.30±0.85增加至6.60±1.13毫升/分增
