高职学生的就业挫折现象反映了当代就业挫折教育研究的病理性取向的不足。从心理弹性理论的视角审视就业挫折教育,可以提高高职学生心理弹性的内在保护因素,发展高职学生的外在保护性因素,进而提高心理弹性理论指导高职学生择业挫折教育的力度。
The phenomenon of employment frustration of higher vocational students reflects the lack of pathological orientation of contemporary employment frustration education research. Examining employment and setback education from the perspective of psycho-elastic theory can improve the inherent protective factors of higher vocational students ’psychological resilience and develop the external protective factors of higher vocational students, so as to improve the resilience of psychological resilience theory to higher vocational students’ career choice and setback education.
