[目的]研究杭州下沙地区市售猪肝中铅、镉的污染状况。[方法]采用湿式消解法处理猪肝样品,使用火焰原子吸收法对猪肝中的Cd和Pb含量进行定量分析。[结果]对23个猪肝样品进行检验,测得镉含量范围为0.256~0.394mg/kg,铅的含量范围为0.413~2.000mg/kg。[结论]采用湿式消解—火焰原子吸收法测定猪肝中镉和铅的含量方法简单、准确,所选猪肝样品镉含量符合国家食品中镉限量标准,91.3%的样品中铅含量超标,最高超标3倍。
[Objective] To study the pollution status of lead and cadmium in pig liver in Xiasha, Hangzhou. [Method] The swine liver samples were treated by wet digestion, and the contents of Cd and Pb in pig liver were quantitatively analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [Result] The results of 23 pig liver samples were tested. The content of cadmium was 0.256-0.394 mg / kg and the content of lead was 0.413-2.000 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method of determination of cadmium and lead in pig liver by wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was simple and accurate. The content of cadmium in selected pig liver samples was in accordance with the limit of cadmium in the national food, and the content of lead in 91.3% Exceeded 3 times.
