大数据无疑是当前最为流行的热词,大数据技术驱动着客户关系管理的智能化发展,颠覆了传统的商业生态环境。本文通过分析大数据技术对客户关系管理的影响和作用,并针对性提出几点建议,旨在增强广电网络客户维系与开发,达到提高广电品牌竞争力的目的。
Big data is undoubtedly the most popular hot word at present. Big data technology drives the intelligent development of customer relationship management and subverts the traditional commercial environment. This paper analyzes the impact and function of big data technology on customer relationship management and puts forward some suggestions pertinent to improve the maintenance and development of broadcasting and television network customers and achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of radio and television brands.
