目的 通过实验了解高原康胶胶对大批快速进入高原者水负荷的影响及其意义。方法 将 80名由平原乘飞机初次进入高原的战士随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组于平原登机前开始给予口服高原康胶囊 ,2粒 /次 ,3次 /d ;对照组不给予任何药物预防 ,在两组进入高原的前 1d及进入高原的第 3d下午后给予水负荷实验 ,并对其饮水后 15 0min内各时相点的尿量进入观察比较。结果 对照组进入高原后水负荷实验 61~ 15 0min各时间段的尿量及相应时间的总尿量与平原时相应各时间段的尿量及相应时间的总尿量相比显著减少 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ,实验组则无显著变化 ;且实验组进入高原后水负荷实验 60~ 90min的尿量及 12 0、15 0min的尿量显著多于对照组 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 高原康能改善机体高原缺氧状态下水负荷的调节能力 ,对大批快速进入高原者急性高原病发病有预防作用
Objective To understand the effect and significance of plateau konjac glucomannan on the water load of a large number of rapid access to the plateau. Methods Eighty soldiers who first entered the Plateau by plane were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given orally taking Gaoyankang Capsule, 2 capsules / time, 3 times / d before boarding in the plain. The control group was not given Any drug prevention, in the two groups into the plateau before the first day and into the plateau after the first three days to give water load test, and its water within 150 minutes after the onset of urine into observation and comparison. Results In the control group, the total amount of urine output at each time period from 61 to 150 min and the corresponding time at the end of the plateau water load test were significantly decreased compared with those at corresponding time periods (P < 0 0 5 ~ 0 0 1). There was no significant change in the experimental group. The urine output of the experiment group after 60 ~ 90 min after the water load test and the urine output at 12 0,15 0 min were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0 0 5). Conclusions Plateau Kangneng can improve the regulation of water load under hypoxia in the body plateau and prevent the occurrence of acute altitude sickness in large number of plateau patients
