随着经济社会的发展,尤其近些年来征地拆迁、房屋租赁纠纷等行为增多,涉及房屋装饰装修剩余价值(以下简称装修剩余价值)的补偿或赔偿问题也逐步增多,而装修剩余价值的合理确定是解决问题的关键,由于其专业性强,则往往需通过房地产估价师等专业人员来作出评估结论。在此,笔者结合自己的实际工作经验,就装修剩余价值评估提出一些思路以供参考,作抛砖引玉之举。
