重型自卸车车架受载状况复杂,其变形严重影响汽车的安全性、可靠性。在CATIA中建立K36重型自卸汽车车架几何模型,并运用HyperMesh软件转化为有限元模型。同时提出了多层板结构的建模及连接关系处理方法,利用ANSYS对满载时弯曲和扭转工况进行了静力学分析和模态分析,分析结果与《中国重汽——关于车架底盘件质量问题的报告》中反馈的横梁开裂问题相吻合。合理改进车架结构,对提升车架质量有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。
Heavy-duty dump truck frame loading situation is complex, the deformation of a serious impact on the car’s safety and reliability. The geometric model of K36 heavy-duty dump truck frame was established in CATIA and transformed into finite element model by HyperMesh software. At the same time put forward the multi-layer structure modeling and connection relationship processing method, the use of ANSYS full load bending and twisting conditions for static analysis and modal analysis, the analysis results and “China heavy truck - on the chassis parts Quality Problem Report ”in the feedback beam cracking problems are consistent. Reasonably improve the frame structure, to enhance the quality of the frame has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
