对轧机交流电机加装交流变频器,前后加装卷取机,实现张力控制卷取。手动控制与计算机控制都可完成同步或单独电机调速。卷取机活动机座连接拉力传感器,直接测量张力大小,为调速提供依据。调节速度差可保持前后张力在恒定值上。计算机采集部分可以记录张力和电流变化过程。通过张力控制实验,学生得到动手操作轧机的机会,也可理解平稳建张的控制策略。实验装置还可进行张力对跑偏校正以及张力对轧制力影响的验证。
