现代饭店面临的竞争市场日趋国际化,宾客对饭店服务质量的要求越来越高,如何有效地提供优质服务,增加宾客的满意度,是困扰饭店业的一个难题。分析了 2000版 ISO9000族标准体系的特点和饭店业的服务特性,认为该标准完全适宜导入现代饭店,这样做,可以提高饭店的经营管理水平,最大限度满足宾客的要求,增强饭店的竞争力。
The competitive market faced by modern hotels is becoming more and more internationalized. Guests are demanding higher and higher quality of hotel services. How to effectively provide quality service and increase customer satisfaction is a difficult problem that plagued the hotel industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics of ISO9000 standard system of 2000 edition and the service characteristics of hotel industry. It considers that this standard is completely suitable for import into modern hotels. By doing so, it can improve the operation and management level of the hotel, meet the requirements of guests to the maximum extent and enhance the competitiveness of hotels.
