微量的乙烯对成熟期间西红柿果实的呼吸强度及成熟衰老过程有重大影响。耐贮品种在贮藏期间后熟是缓慢的,没有明显的乙烯释放高峰。而不耐贮品种内源性乙烯的生成速度较快,并且有乙烯释放和呼吸高峰,在贮运过程中腐烂严重,直接影响品种的质量和市场的供应。
Trace amounts of ethylene have a significant impact on the respiration rate and maturation of tomato fruits during ripening. Storability varieties are slow to mature during storage, with no apparent ethylene release peak. However, endogenic ethylene production in non-storability varieties is faster, with ethylene release and respiration peaks, and serious decay during storage and transportation, which directly affects the quality of the varieties and the market supply.
