本文提出了应用氧化鋁薄层,分离番木鳖制剂中士的宁和马钱子碱的简单方法。薄层分离后,士的宁斑点用作者等改良的斑点收集管收集,以乙醇洗脫后于Mcllvaine缓冲液及0.1M/碘化钾溶液的底液中测定其催化极谱电流。在浓度为3×10~(-5)—1.2×10~(-4)M/范围內其浓度与催化电流值成一直线关系,可直接测定其含量。方法较为迅速简便,灵敏度较高且较为准确。最大测定误差为±2%。可用于番木鳖浸膏、番木鳖流浸膏及番木鳖酊的测定。
This paper presents a simple method for the separation of strychnine and strychnine in the preparation of alum, using a thin layer of alumina. After thin layer separation, strychnine spots were collected by the author’s modified spot collection tube, and the catalytic polarographic current was measured in the bottom liquid of Mcllvaine buffer and 0.1 M/potassium iodide solution after elution with ethanol. In the concentration range of 3×10 -5 -1.2×10 -4 M/, its concentration has a linear relationship with the catalytic current value, and its content can be directly measured. The method is quick and easy, with high sensitivity and accuracy. The maximum measurement error is ±2%. It can be used for the determination of Papaya extract, Papaya extract and Papaya.
