目的：探索Ilizarov牵拉成骨技术治疗前臂组织缺损的方法和疗效。方法：本院自2010年10月~2013年12月共收治8例前臂复合组织缺损患者，遵照Ilizarov牵拉组织再生原理，牵拉再生复合组织，治疗缺损，并且行外固定架固定，微创截骨延长，复合组织搬移，同期功能锻炼。结果：8例患者均获得成功，达到临床治愈或功能长度。随访随访时间8个月~3年，平均10个月，随访过程中骨支架生长愈合良好皮瓣血运、弹性和质地良好，无感染、坏死等并发症。创伤部位及远端保护性感觉恢复良好。结论：应用Ilizarov环形外固定架治疗前臂复合组织缺损是目前安全、有效的治疗方法，具有创伤小，并发症少，功能恢复快，费用低，痛苦小等优点，疗效肯定。“,”Objective:To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of Ilizarov technique in treatment of severe complex defect in forearm.Methods:Eight cases withsevere complex defect in forearm were treated between 2010 and 2013 includeing 5males and 3 females with an average age of 40 years ranging from 32 to 50 years. they were al accepted treatment of Ilizarov technique. The clinical effectiveness was folow-up.Results: Al patients were folowed up for from 8 months to 3years(means 10months). Al cases were successful. No complex complication happened.Conclusion:Ilizarov technique was an effective method to treat evere complex defect in forearm.
