本文阐述天津某棉纺厂一个采样控制系统中的,温度、压力控制的算法及其改进,介绍了一种在线PID参数自整定的实施办法,提出了过热蒸汽温压补偿的数学模型,并对其精度等级进行了分析。
This paper describes an algorithm for temperature and pressure control in a sampling control system of a cotton mill in Tianjin and its improvement. A method for self-tuning on-line PID parameters is introduced. A mathematical model of temperature and pressure compensation for superheated steam is proposed. Accuracy levels were analyzed.
