运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等现代分析仪器,研究了汽车离合器壳体的开裂原因。结果表明,离合器所用材料强度低、气孔多,使材料韧性降低;壳体两侧面的内表面无过渡圆角,导致应力集中;壳体在弯矩和强烈振动作用下,应力集中出现纹,导致开裂和破断.针对以上问题提出了改进措施。
The use of modern microscopes, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectrometer and other modern analytical instruments to study the reasons for the clutch clutch housing cracking.
