本文报告喘型肺炎患儿114例,其中用射干麻黄汤治疗者(射干组)55例,对照组59例。两组年龄大多敬在2岁以下(占78%左右)。治疗方法射干组患儿入院当日或次日起服射干麻黄汤。处方:射干6～9克、生麻黄1～3克、五味子4～6克、细辛1～3克、桂枝3～9克、半夏6～9克。发热者加生石膏10～30克,痰多加葶苈子3～5克。部分病儿加用甘草2～3克或/和黄芪6～15克。每日一帖,连用3～6帖。气喘重者入院初于补液内加小量氢化考地松。对照组按一般常规用药,即青霉素或庆大霉
This article reports 114 children with asthma pneumonia, including Shegan Mahuang decoction (Shegan group) 55 cases, control group 59 cases. Mostly respect the age of two groups below 2 years old (about 78%). Treatment Shegan group of children on the day of admission or from the next dose of dry Mahuang soup. Prescription: Shegan 6 to 9 grams, 1 to 3 grams of raw ephedra, Schisandra 4 to 6 grams, asarum 1 to 3 grams, 3 to 9 grams of cassia twig, Pinellia 6 to 9 grams. Fever plus gypsum 10 to 30 grams, sputum plus 葶 苈 son 3 to 5 grams. Some sick children plus licorice 2 to 3 grams or / and Astragalus 6 to 15 grams. Daily post, even with 3 to 6 posts. Severe asthma admission early rehydration plus a small amount of hydrogenation testosterone. Control group according to the general conventional medication, penicillin or gentamicin
