施工质量是导致深层水泥土搅拌桩质量事故的主要原因之一。为了确保深层水泥土搅拌桩施工质量、方便施工控制,在研究了水泥浆输浆量、搅拌头钻进与提升速度、搅拌轴转速、复搅遍数等4个施工参数对深层水泥土搅拌桩成桩质量影响的基础上,结合现行工程建设标准及常用桩工机械性能分析,给出了深层水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺参数的初选值,并提出了三步骤优化匹配方法。最后指出了深层水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺参数研究方向,为今后深层水泥土搅拌桩施工提供了参考。
Construction quality is one of the main reasons for the quality accident of deep soil cement mixing pile. In order to ensure the construction quality of deep soil cement mixing pile and facilitate the construction control, the paper studied the influence of four construction parameters, such as the amount of cement slurry, drilling and lifting speed of mixing head, the speed of mixing shaft, On the basis of the influence of pile mass, combining with the current engineering construction standard and common pile mechanics performance analysis, the primary selection of construction process parameters of deep soil cement mixing pile is given and the three-step optimization matching method is proposed. Finally, the research direction of deep cement-soil mixing pile construction process parameters is pointed out, which provides a reference for the future deep-soil cement mixing pile construction.
