目的:对酒石酸长春瑞滨粗品中杂质进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱等分离纯化技术得到粗品中所含杂质的单体,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:酒石酸长春瑞滨粗品中3个未知杂质分离后,由核磁共振波谱和质谱等手段鉴定其结构,分别为3’,4’-环氧长春瑞滨(1)、3’,4’-环氧-17-溴代长春瑞滨(2)、6’-N-甲基-17溴代长春瑞滨(3)。结论:化合物2、3为首次从酒石酸长春瑞滨的杂质中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of impurities in crude vinorelbine tartrate. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate and purify the monomers contained in the crude product. Structure identification was performed based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: After separation of 3 unknown impurities in crude vinorelbine tartrate, the structures were identified by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The structures were 3’, 4’-epoxy vinorelbine (1), 3’, 4’- Epoxy-17-bromo-vinorelbine (2), 6’-N-methyl-17-bromo-vinorelbine (3). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated for the first time from the impurities of vinorelbine tartrate.
