近日,河南省工信委公布了2015年度河南省工业和信息化科技成果奖获奖项目名单,洛阳建龙公司高效节能制氧吸附剂Li LSX分子筛获河南省级科技成果奖二等奖,并同时获得了洛阳市科学技术进步奖一等奖。建龙公司对Li LSX(锂低硅)分子筛的研制始于2005年,历经6年时间,依靠自主创新,突破多项核心技术瓶颈,其中最关键的创新点就是Li LSX分子筛的交换工艺。该工艺首创的接触式逆流动态连续交换工艺,使交换度和氧化锂利用率分别达到行业领先的99%和100%,助推产氧率等关键指标入围国际前三名。
Recently, Henan ICBC announced the list of the winners of the 2015 Henan Industrial and Information Technology Achievement Award. Li LSX molecular sieve of Luoyang Jianlong Company, an efficient and energy-saving oxygen-absorbing adsorbent, won the second prize of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and at the same time Won the first prize of Luoyang Science and Technology Progress Award. The development of Li LSX (Lithium Low Silica) molecular sieve started in 2005 by Jianlong Company. After six years of relying on independent innovation, it has broken through a number of core technology bottlenecks. The most crucial innovation point is the exchange process of Li LSX molecular sieve. The process of the first contact of the countercurrent dynamic continuous exchange technology, the exchange rate and utilization of lithium oxide reached the industry-leading 99% and 100% respectively, boosting oxygen production rate and other key indicators nominated the top three in the world.
