随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善 ,改革我国现行的人事档案管理制度势在必行。本文从现行人事档案的现状及存在的问题入手 ,从法学的角度分析人事档案制度改革的必要性 ,并提出人事档案制度改革应建立人事档案信息网与国家人事档案中心 ,保证人事档案的真实性 ,减少人才流动的障碍 ,真正发挥人事档案的作用。
