能根据列车运行状况实现阻尼特性的调整是高速列车半主动减振器的基本要求。文章研究设计了一种通过电液比例换向阀改变阻尼力的油压减振器,并对该油压减振器的结构和工作原理及阻尼特性进行研究分析。理论分析和实验研究表明,所设计的电液比例控制变阻尼油压减振器可实现阻尼力的无级调整。
The adjustment of damping characteristics according to the running status of the train is the basic requirement of the semi-active vibration damper for high-speed trains. The paper studies and designs a hydraulic shock absorber which can change the damping force through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve. The structure, working principle and damping characteristics of the oil shock absorber are studied and analyzed. Theoretical analysis and experimental study show that the designed electro-hydraulic proportional variable damping hydraulic shock absorber can realize stepless adjustment of damping force.
