目的探讨双硫伦样反应在临床上的发病原因、规律、临床表现及治疗措施,以及做好宣教,给予充分的临床干预。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年8月至2010年9月急诊诊治的123例的双硫伦样反应患者的临床表现、诊治及转归。结果 123例患者经过急诊抢救及治疗,多于2～3h症状缓解。结论医生在给患者开具药物时(尤其是头孢类药物)不仅要询问过敏史,更要向患者宣教在用药期间及用药后一周内避免饮酒或者饮用含有乙醇制品的食物、饮料及药物,以避免双硫伦样反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical etiology, regularity, clinical manifestation and treatment of Ds-lune-like reaction, as well as to carry out mission education and give full clinical intervention. Methods The clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of 123 cases of patients with DSD who were treated in our hospital from August 2006 to September 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 123 patients after emergency treatment and treatment, more than 2 ~ 3h symptom relief. Conclusions Physicians should not only ask about the history of allergies when prescribing drugs to patients (especially cephalosporins), but also educate patients to avoid consuming alcohol or drinking alcohol-containing foods, beverages and drugs during and within one week of medication to avoid The occurrence of the double-dendritic reaction.
