目的:通过对支气管哮喘患儿的治疗情况进行回顾性分析,探讨顺尔宁联合辅舒酮治疗儿童哮喘的临床效果。方法:从佛山市妇幼保健院2015年8月至2016年8月的门诊随访患儿中选择90例小儿支气管哮喘患儿,随机分组为观察组和对照组,各组为45例,对照组给予常规综合治疗,让患儿每天吸入辅舒酮,观察组在常规综合治疗的基础上,给予患儿口服顺尔宁。观察和比较两组患儿治疗前和治疗后1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:(1)与治疗前对比,观察组治疗后FEV1和PEF指标明显上升,治疗前后数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组治疗后FEV1和PEF指标明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗有效率:与对照组(66.67%)对比,观察组治疗有效率(97.78%)明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率:与对照组(17.78%)对比,观察组不良反应发生率(2.22%)明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:顺尔宁联合辅舒酮治疗儿童哮喘的疗效确切,能够有效地改善患儿的肺功能,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,具有良好的安全性。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze the treatment of children with bronchial asthma to explore the clinical effect of combination of Fufang Xuning and Fuzhu ketone on childhood asthma. Methods: Ninety children with bronchial asthma were selected from Foshan MCH hospital from August 2015 to August 2016, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group and control group Conventional comprehensive treatment, so that children inhaled Fu Qulong daily, the observation group in the conventional comprehensive treatment, based on the given to children with oral Salbutamol. Results: (1) Compared with before treatment, FEV1 and PEF index increased obviously in the observation group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); compared with the control group, FEV1 and PEF index Significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) Therapeutic efficiency: Compared with the control group (66.67%), the effective rate of the treatment group (97.78%) was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); adverse reaction rate: %), The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (2.22%) was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of Sulphenin and Fufang Ketone is effective in treating children with asthma, which can effectively improve children’s lung function, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and have good safety.
